"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They're very responsive. There were some trouble with the system but they got it. They were persistent and got it fixed. There were problems with the system. I'm not sure whose fault it was that there were problems with a brand new system. I think it was very reasonable."

"They were professional and the amount of time they quoted was exactly what it took to install my A/C. We saved money by using them. The first company, a very large and tv advertised company that came to our home was not able to identify the exact problem. They stated that the unit needed a circuit board or perhaps after installing a circuit board it could need a new motor. We had to pay $89.00 for an for an incorrect diagnosis. As it turned out we needed a new motor and not a circuit board."

"They finally did show up after we finally went through all of that business. I wasn't that impressed with them but they finally did show up. They scheduled it, they said they would be out, they never really called to confirm or not confirm so I waited, and they didn't come. It was week's out so I had waited another few weeks and they never did confirm again. It just wasn't very organized. They didn't really call and I didn't really know what to expect. Beforehand it would have been nice if they said what the deal was and the way it's going to work. They really didn't even know if they were going to show up. When they came out, it was like, they should have called to let me know that they were coming and what were my options on the window. I scheduled it and waited and then they never came that first time which was a major inconvenience. It was just a nightmare as far as that scheduling was concerned. It was weird because the day I called and complained, a few hours later that same day they called me to reschedule after 3 weeks. Their quality of work is hard to tell because the windows are up high and one of my screens got cut."

"They were very good! He could not have been more nicer or more knowledgeable."

"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. The whole evolution was a positive event and we will gladly refer Orbit Energy & Power LLC, as a HAVC company that I will work with again."

"I have been with AHS since 1999 and have used them 4 times: dryer belt broke, dishwasher leaked, heat pump quit working properly, and dryer stopped working. Yes, it is frustrating to wait on hold for a long time, but I have been pleased overall with the service provided. They subcontract the work out, and in the case of the dryer, the guy did not know how to fix the problem and left. AHS followed up immediately with another provider, who had fixed my first dryer problems 8 years ago, and was very knowledgable and did an excellent job. Service charge is standard $75. I have an annual maintenance plan for my heating/cooling systems with a heating company and when they came out this past fall, they found a problem with the heat pump and quoted the fix at $2,000 plus. I called AHS and they confirmed my heat pump was covered under the warranty and sent someone out the very next day. They immediately fixed the problem and I paid them the $75 service fee. Thus far, I have had good experiences and will continue my annual plan with them."

"Fantastic! Choice Home Warranty sent Flexi-Air Heat & Cool out the very next day and they did an awesome job. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. Couldn't ask for anything better."
