"Bill and Trish exceeded the expectations I had from the start. Trish is so pleasant to talk with that you forget quickly you are asking for a service and not talking to a friend. Bill is a craftsman who has many years of experience and he gets right to the point of where your problem lies. In our case the tune up for the summer was not realistic when our 30 year old AC unit had leak issues. Bill and I worked through several scenarios regarding cost of a repair and an investment in a new unit. It made sense to do a new unit and not worry about our old AC unit further breaking down and requiring more repair. Bill and Trish advised us of a cancellation that allowed the new AC unit to be installed 3 days after the service call. Bill and Trish followed through on their quote, and arrival time for installation on time. Everything I was told with a time frame was on time,accurate, and made sense to what I was receiving. Raphael and Nisho were assigned my install and they were no different regarding their punctuality and care for our house. Bill and Raphael took me through the complete process of what would be done and when the project would be finished. Raphael and his crew treated my house well making sure to drop cloths down everywhere they worked. I could not tell they did anything because of the cleanliness in which they worked. The job was made easier as Raphael helped me to clear the work area I was supposed to clear. I was running late in clearing and Raphael helped me to clear the area without complaining or having me do it on my own which was my job. After the installation Raphael walked me through our new AC and also provided valuable recommendations on how to take care of our new unit. What I must stress is everyone from Cool Air Technologies goes above and beyond what they need to in making sure you are 150% satisfied. Raphael helped me pick quality new air filters for our AC on Amazon to make sure we knew exactly what to purchase. Bill followed up that afternoon to ensure I was satisfied and encouraged any questions I might have. The AC unit performs exceptionally. The old unit if I turned it on in the afternoon to cool the house it could only drop the temperature by a degree or 2. Our new unit brought the temperature down from 78 in the house to 74 degrees in less than an hour. We still have 30 year old ducts and vents that do not allow the best air flow so this is a great improvement. Bill installed a new AC that cost me $3,000 less than what I was quoted 2 years ago from another company. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service provide by Bill, Trish and his crew. "I was looking for a company to replace my hydronic heating system and inefficient condenser with a new heat pump condenser, as well as a new furnace system to support the heat pump condenser. I reached out to two companies and OC Excel quoted me a much more reasonable price, and both company informed me at the time of quote that they would need to cut open a portion of my condo’s ceiling where the furnace was at, but they will patch it back/know someone that would patch it back. On the day of the job, OC Excel did everything they could to avoid cutting my ceiling, so I wouldn’t need to patch it back later and have the marks, and they were able to do it! I really appreciated them going the extra miles for me!"

"We are in the process of having both our dirty & clean water lines completely changed, which is a huge project. Several of the great Service Champion technicians have had to dig huge holes & long trenches, with the additional obstacle of having to cut through huge roots, from an enormous tree in front of our house, that have literally taking over our front yard & destroyed the pipes. They also cut through cement & even â  jackhammeredâ  through an enormous patch of concrete that was about a foot deep, which took a lot of time & muscle to remove! This was definitely an amazing example of â  good deeds for freeâ  . We had so many different, excellent technicians coming & going, who did a tremendous job for us, but I unfortunately cannot remember everybodyâ  s names. There are two guys who actually have been working at our house the most, so Iâ  d like to recognize them (big Chris & Ryan). They are both terrific examples of the Service Champions model, and are excellent in their trade! They have worked very hard & have been a great help in so many different ways, helping to make this difficult process much easier for our family! "They sent me a guy who was probably did plumbing for ten or fifteen years. Heating and Air conditioning, he did about three years. I had the heating and air conditioner for twenty years, and also bought this unit. The price is really high for an air conditioner. $12,500 if you want it down right. $4000 in the attic. It was $16500 investment. He didn't have what I wanted to hear. The gauges to calibrate anything. Nothing needs calibrating and told him the problem with the thermostat, and since he left he just turned it way down, I am trying to get eighty degrees, and keep it normal temperature. He is trying to get seventy eight, seventy five. Certainly its going to pump a little more colder. He didn't give us a reason why that thermostat isn't working right in the afternoon. He didn't have that answer, or the reason that you could adjust it. Can you adjust that? He had no idea of any adjustments of the thermostat. I didn't ask. I wanted to keep it all the same. I don't know, he didn't had the experience in heating and air, but he had the experience in plumbing. He didn't, and what he wanted for $85, its steep for me, when I just paid $16500, and for the attic ventilation system. I thought he would say $50 or $60. I paid him, and I went to Right Choice to do everything, complimentary. Something to help us out. I didn't ask them, but I would hope they would offer. He wasn't knowledgeable, and didn't know the answer. He wanted a $1000, it takes care of maintenance. Like he just came to the house. That is what he wanted to sell me. I gave him an soda pop, and wanted to see what he wanted to sell me.They sent an really knowledgeable installer. The parts are all knew. I would think they would have followed up, but nothing. Maybe that isn't a lot of money. I wrote a $12,250 check to them. Its a lot of money. I would want them to come out and make the air flows correct."
