"Was scheduled for a day between 1 and 4 and I had to call to find out where they were. Rescheduled to the next day so it was not taking up my evening or the worker evening. Showed up the next day at 9:30 took about 1.5 hours to change out the water heater. Work done was adequate but could be neater in my opinion. Obviously the more of these you do in a day the more money the company makes but the techs should be given adequate time to do an A1 job if that is your name. There is a difference between an installer and a craftsman."

"Nigel showed up when he said he would, had the proper tools and equipment to install my off-brand faucet/sprayer. Due to the age of hook up under the sink, he also had to install an inside cut off valve. He preformed everything correctly and completely. He cleaned up afterwards and left everything better than it was prior to him starting. He had everything done within 30 minutes. I am very pleased and will be using his services in the future."

"They are a great company. I had them repair 1 oak dining room chair and make repairs to a second chair. They had great recommendations about the chairs and were very honest. I ended up using them subsequently for several antique upholstery  projects. They did a fantastic job. I got an estimate from them to also re-upholster an antique love seat and chair. They also ended up re-gluing the rest of the dining room chairs and work on some other chairs. They have a real respect and appreciation for your furniture and antiques. They do not charge to pick up or deliver your furniture. They saved me hundreds of dollars for not charging me for that.  I have worked with Wilson Delgado and he has been wonderful to work with. He is timely and comes out when he says he will. He has been top notch and scheduling was super easy. My neighbor is also using the company because she was so impressed with their work."

"Over the time there have been 3 different technicians that have come out and they have all be extremely nice, friendly and professional. They also seemed to know what they were doing and the last technician has been coming for a good 3 or 4 years. I think they are very responsive. I had carpenter ants and I had general insect and termite service. They also bait for mice in the garage. If it is not time for a visit, but if I notice a problem, I just call and a technician will come out within a few days usually."

"We had Ferguson Home Improvements return to our home to paint our sons bedroom and install a ceiling fan.  The room was a 12 x 12 room and our son had been in there as a baby.  So you could imagine the holes from posters, pictures, and just wear and tear. I had already purchased the supplies with the intention of doing this job my self but just could not find the time so we asked them to give us and estimate.  Mr. Ferguson came in and told us sense we had all the materials he would do the room for $2 a square foot and hang our ceiling fan for $125.00.  So for $420.00 they went through made all the walls perfect fixed all the nail pops and holes from the posters and pictures and repainted all the walls.  I thought it was a great deal.  The room came out just awesome we will have them back to do more at our house.  Again thank you so much Ferguson Home Improvements.

"Aaron really was great.. he mounted my Tv in no time. Most wouldn't install it because it was over the fireplace in a nook, others charged an extra 200 just because it was a nook. I showed him a picture, and in no time it was up and leveled... I also tried to wire my thermostat and really messed it up bad.. he arrived and worked diligently to find the problem. He even went into my attic and found I blew a fuse.. Needless to say he installed a new one and my family now have heat again..Thanks Aaron.. "Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
