"We got a new AC unit last fall. When we started using it this summer, the breaker kept tripping. We have a maintenance plan with Estes for electric problems, so they came to have a look. Tried something the first time they came, and it seemed okay for about a week, and then the breaker tripped again, so they came back and tried something else, but that didn't work long either. The problem was that the AC and furnace share the same blower or condenser something or other, and that was probably causing the breaker to trip. I asked if they could run a separate line for the AC, and they came back to do that, and we haven't had the problem since then. So they stuck with it until it was finally fixed for good, I hope. We have used Estes for heating and AC for decades, and they have always treated us fairly. We have maintenance contracts for that, and added electrical and plumbing. They are a well run outfit, they have very good workers and sales people who have always respected our property inside and out, as well as us. We have purchased and had them install a new furnace and three AC units over the years, and they have serviced them both and fixed anything when needed. This is a company we trust, and can recommend without hesitation."

"Update from 20 Jan 2026: I`ve been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I`ve engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization Mr. Powell and Ms. Amy ,I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly addressed/resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs. The manager I spoke with told me that there wasn`t any way the damage of the pump could come from the technician doing a drain and flush of the water heater. He told me that it would cost $1200 to replace the pump on the water heater. After speaking with the manager at Keep Smiling, I called another company which I`ve seen before in the community and spoke with a plumber and explained to him what happened. The technician at the other company told me that the pump could definitely be damaged if the pump was still plugged up and not turned off while the water heater was being drained and flush. I called the manager at Keep Smiling and shared those details with him and he replied that he understands what I`m saying but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that I don`t have any reason to lie about any of this and felt very frustrated and cheated by the fact that I went in expecting for them to do a maintenance check for $59 for plumbing but ended up spending a $1000 for new. "The latest visit diagnosed a failed ignition valve which needed to be ordered and replaced. They arrived promptly, assessed, diagnosed and ordered the parts immediately. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."
