During the time in the attic they discovered the return air was wide open to the attic and boxed it on the attic side so the return air now extracts from the room air side. It was a lot of work to complete in a short time and everyone worked hard to complete it. Thankyou Insulwise for having solutions for this type of house to improve the thermal envelope. I look forward to a more comfortable house without the AC or furnace operating every 5 minutes. John"

Andy was the main contact and performer and he believes in quality. He set expectations where they need set, and he did the job where it needed done. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that I wish he performed even more services I needed, because he was so reliable with the work in his scope of performance. Cost was very fair. "I could tell a difference in the air quality as soon as Ryan finished cleaning the air ducts in the house I recently purchased. Before the cleaning there was a distinctive "old house smell". "These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"This review covers a number of small and major projects over a number of years. I started to use Jason after a neighbor had his roof replaced by Pierce Remodeling. I have been extremely pleased by Jason’s work and HIS COMMITMENT to the business. What prompted me to do this review is that a couple or three years after the complete removal and replacement of my asphalt shingled (and complex) roof, I called him. I had a suspect area that needed attention and without hesitation, he came out the next day and repaired this small section that had been affected by weather or time. He inspected the rest of the roof to help assure it was A-Ok. I tried to pay him for his time, but he refused and stood by his commitment to stand behind the skylights, roof, gutters, putting screen on chimney, and attic fan that he replaced from the original construction. He is both a FAIR AND HIGHLY QUALIFIED business and without hesitation I recommend."
