"They called immediately after i clicked done on servicemagic. They offered one of the bestter prices so I decided to go with them. Came out the first time and my unti wasn't doing what it was so we really couldn't do anything. I took a video of it for the next time and they came back out without charging another trip fee or for the first half hour. Ended up being the motor. The part was under warranty so they went and got the new one and just charged for the labor. Much cheaper then calling the people that installed the unit. GREAT JOB!!"

"I would not rate them very high. They came and they did the job. Their biggest thing was to sell a chimney repair. The guy came in and started telling me everything that was wrong with my chimney and said they could fix it for me. He did the same with my neighbor too. They did the job as far as what we had requested, but they told me that we needed to repair our chimney. They did their job, they were on time, but you should be prepared for a big sales pitch."
