"Overall, the process went well.  Mike is the salesman who visited my home and provided the estimate.  Other than a late arrival, Mike was professional and explained the impact of the insulation on the comfort of the home but could have done a better job quantifying the energy savings.  During the buying decision, Mike was available for questions and followed up in a professional manner.  I chose Garland because they were the most competitive on price and met the same service expectations as the other provider.  The installation crew were prompt, but there was some confusion at the dispatch because I was not notified that the crew was in-route and had to adjust my schedule.  Once the crew arrived, the set up quickly and installed the installation.  They quick, efficient, and mindful of not making a mess.  They laid plastic down and cleaned up after themselves.  I'm looking forward to the added comfort of my home. <br />"

"It was a great experience from start to finish, with no surprises or additional costs. I had a great conversation with Somer and she set up an appointment for Bradley to come to my home. He is a great consultant. We toured my home, I expressed my concerns, he explained my options, and we decided on a course of action. It was scheduled to be a two day project, but it was completed in one day, because Paco was able to get a second crew, due to another job being postponed. Paco is as good as advertised. He is extremely polite, a great technician, and treated my home like it was his own. His crew protected the flooring and cleaned up after the job was completed. They arrived at 8am, and left at 7pm. Since the project was completed, I've noticed that the temperature throughout the house appears to be constant, unlike before, when I had hot and cold areas. The project involved removal of the old insulation, install radiant barrier, apply 18" of new insulation, installation of two solar fans, an attic stairway tent, replace 9 soffits and install 11 new ones to increase ventilation. They also applied new insulation and a whirlybird to my detached garage. Again, this was supposed to be a two day project. Randy came to see how things were going, and I received a call from Gus (Operations Manager) as well. The attic looks awesome and feels cool. Bradley came the following day to ensure that everything went well and that I was satisfied. I appreciate the level of attention provided, and the care the crews took in cleaning up afterwards. I consider this project to be a great investment, which will provide many years of comfort, and increase my home's energy efficiency throughout the seasons. I am confident that the future energy savings will eventually pay for this one time project."

"My experience with Energy Attic USA went really well. They were very good price wise. They did a good job and they’re the only company that I find that would do a reading and barrier that actually use a metallic foil reading barrier that they would put in instead of spray. That’s what I wanted. It’s supposed to be much better. It’s all under insulation."

"UPDATE Feb 2021: Not only was this a good solution for the summer but it also helped out during the winter storms that shut down Texas. Due to Neal the owner adding additional insulation along with the barrier itself, it protected my pipes from freezing up during sub zero temperatures. This was a lifesaver and resulted in this un-foreseen benefit and protection for my home. I would highly recommend affordable radiant barrier. The owner Neal comes out and personally conducts the estimate and he also arrives and personally supervisors and participates in the installation of the job itself. They get started early and work very hard. I can already feel the effects of the radiant barrier itself and I am very impressed. I ran estimates with three other companies and this by far was the best solution. Neal also installed additional insulation and an attic fan in addition to the radiant barrier itself. I also examined the radiant barrier product and it is higher quality and more durable than what you can buy at the store and better than what the other contractors were using."

"We had no insulation in our attic, and to "save" money, we went to Home Depot and priced what it would cost us to do it ourselves. I had called several companies, but they quoted me more than we could do it ourselves.  Since we don't have a truck, we were also going to have to rent a truck to haul it all in.  We based us doing it ourselves on blowing in enough insulation to reach an R-44 level.  With supplies and truck rental, our cost was going to be around $1400 - $1500, and that was using the good Owens Corning insulation.  My boss had just had her house done the previous Saturday by H & K Insulation, and she told me I should call Hector and see what he would charge.  His cost to do our house was $1,000, and that included installing baffles in the rafters, PLUS blowing deeper to an R-49 level !!!!  I told him my husband and I work 7 days a week and would have to take a vacation day to be there, so, even though he was already booked, he went out of his way to be here at 6:30 am  (and he was here at 6:30 am on the dot) and worked us in before he started his regular day.  WOW!  How many companies are willing to do that?  Plus, he uses Owens Corning insulation, as well, so you are getting the top of the line product.  It took them 2 hours to do it all, and that was going from zero insulation to R-49, which is a ton of stuff.  And you will be totally impressed with Hector and his helper -- they are absolutely the most polite, well-mannered and friendly people you will ever deal with and they vacuumed up any mess that was made.  I am so thankful my boss told me about them, because I was really, really dreading getting up there and doing that.  So it was a dream come true when we could get it done faster and cheaper by a professional.  Seriously, folks, give Hector a call.  I think you will be as impressed as we are!"

"Overall fairly satisfied.  They were easy to get a hold of and addressed any concerns I brought up.  It is a small crew and Tony gives the quote and does the install.  The price was a little higher then some other companies but I didn't want to have contracted workers installing the windows.  One window was catching and Tony called the manufacturer which I could've had them send it back but decided not worth the hassle since it only catches once in awhile.  Have found another window with same issue a few weeks later.  Only other problem is all the windows don't appear to be centered.  When you look at one window and compare to same type window and size they fit different.  Now that could be because of foundation movement and in order for windows to open properly they needed to do that I didn't ask.  Very professional, not pushy, and very accommodative.  They were usually on time."
