The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Frankins Septic gave us a quote that it would take three day for the job to start and be completed. Frankins showed up on time and then went to work the dug up the yard and replaced everything that need to be done. Then the waited for someone from the county to inspect the job that had be done. Then once they got the okay Frankins filled in the holes and then double checked to make sure that everything was done right. Then they where done and it was on Day three just like they promised. Frankins did a wonderful job and everything was done and completed in a professional way. We also so saved a lot of money. We also would like them Frankins for giving us great customer service. All and all it was a wonderful experience

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
