"Windows America was excellent during the estimate process. They were upfront with options and the different costs associated. Installation was done professionally and promptly. I was very impressed with the follow up that was done even way after the installation. The owners are very easy to get ahold of and are very accommodating. I have had the door for a little over 5 years now and have had no issues. Great quality."

"Estimator came next day after my phone call, and emailed a detailed estimate that same evening. I was impressed that the estimator didn't try to over-sell: he noted that we already had mostly adequate insulation, requiring only R-11 to bring the entire house up to R-49. He estimated that only some and quot;traffic areasand quot; where a workman doing duct work had packed down some spots would need the addition of R-25. Because he broke it down that way, Kinzler's estimate was about $200 less than the other company we had give us an estimate. <br /> The Kinzler estimator referred us to the Mid-American Energy HomeCheck energy audit program. Their auditor looked at our attic insulation and approved us for their rebate program, which will pay 70%, up to $750, of the cost of additional insulation. <br /> The two-man crew was punctual, tidy, and professional. They parked their truck at the end of the driveway and ran the insulation blowing hose up to the attic. The job took only about 30 minutes. Afterward, one of the guys carefully filled out and signed our Mid-American Energy rebate form. <br /> <br />"

"During part of the renovation, Dudley Brothers discovered that the air ducts were oddly shaped and caused an obstruction with the new shower basin. They were able to have air handling contractors build a dedicated duct that could handle the air flow and accommodate the new shower basin. The attention to detail was impressive. For example, part of the framing behind the walls we reenforced so that the existing grab bars could be moved slightly but still support the weight as intended. The painting and finishing was so well done that I am still wondering whether they painted the whole bathroom as opposed to the construction area. The crew is polite, highly professional, and attentive to the needs of the client. I will contact them again this spring for yet another project."

"Kinzler visited and gave us a firm estimate, with 2 options. Very professional and explained exactly how work would be performed. Roughly 2 weeks later installed the insulation. Cleaned up very well, were very careful to not damage window that was used to run the insulation hose through. Were done in less than 2 hours. We are having no melting of snow on roof this year to date (unlike some neighbors and unlike our house in the past), indicating insulation is helping to keep the heat out of the attic area. Kinzler made sure to write the invoice in such a manner to maximize our rebate from MidAmerican Energy. Great service/value. <br />"
