"These guys are just amazing. They replaced our upstairs unit last year and our downstairs unit about a week ago. They are always on time and have great communication between the office staff and the guys on the road. We had a couple of little issues after this last install. It was 9pm on a Sunday night and Justin dropped everything and headed right over to get us fixed up....pretty impressive for Labor Day weekend as well! "They said they ran out of hot water and left my carpet smelling very bad. I had paid them $364 which was to include deodorizer to shampoo 5 rooms, a hallway and 11 steps. They told me that the bad odor would go away after about a day or two. There were no heavily soiled areas or stains. They did come back on redo, but on return trip, they sprayed the bacterial spray but did not re-shampoo the carpet first."

"technician came out within the time stated. no freon was offered although it was part of the package to which i paid. i was told that the aged unit needed to be replaced. as well, i was informed that the freon was very expensive for the unit and the levels were far too low to make a difference. he left work needed invoice and stated a representative would be contacting me in the next few days with an estimate for a new system. several weeks passed with no follow-up from the company. when i reached out for the estimate that should have been prepared, i was told there was not enough data to make a determination. a new home visit would be required. the owner worked me into his Saturday schedule. the estimate was very high, even for a Trane system. i do appreciate that he called back after our visit to verify if i wanted to move forward. based on his attention, i felt much better about the previous interaction with the company. nevertheless, this is my review."

"On the day of the work (4) workers came on time and proceeded with the work. They were very professional and covered the floor and the stairs leading to the attic.  They too answered all my questions about  what they did. They showed  me the old evaporators coils and the leaks in them, and the new were still in the original box. They replaced on of my thermostats and  fixed a noise coming from my outside unit .  Although,  I had a second estimate on this work that would have been less, I went with Cucco,s because I trust their work and their professionalism. Honestly, it is so hard to fine honest people these days working with them is a pleasure.

"It was a three day job. 

They had to come back because the evaporator coil in the attic was defective from the factory. They didn't catch and I didn't neither when they first installed but it showed after a month. They came back out took out the old one and put in a new one and its worked ever since.

If you have to have heating and air work I certainly look at them. We've used them for inspections for quite a number of years but this was a major replacement and they did that well."

To add to the amazing service it was all during a crazy Houston freeze that resulted in power outages and shut the whole city down. They were able to fix our furnace within 24 hours so that we could bring our newborn baby home from the hospital to a warm and safe place.
