"The problem with the gas leaks was performed in a timely manner. Customer Service was excellent and very professional."

"We had a leak and they fixed it. They had to fix the pipe and it actually was in the stud. It was leaking down into our kitchen. They fixed it and everything has been fine. The repair person suggested to my husband that he might want to do some of the pre work to save on the cost. We went over what I wanted to do and he seemed very proficient. I arranged for him to come out and do the rough in, he was able to come out a little early and did the rough in in about an hour,with a half hour for the glue to dry. I was very happy with his work and will probably use him again if his price is right."

"I was impressed by how hard working and thorough the workers were. They hauled the old gas water heater out and got the new one installed promptly and did a neat job. They reconfigured an awkward gas pipe near my washing machine, replaced an exterior gas hose with a UV resistant one, and checked all gas piping including our gas fireplace. We were very pleased with the end result and appreciated the fair pricing. Highly recommend."

"Several years back, I called for help and we talked through my problem. We concluded that no water was leaving my house and it was backing up out of a pipe in the basement. In talking through our architecture and location, he determined this was most likely something that could be solved by Baltimore City services (for free). That turned out to be the case. The City workers came out fairly quickly, identified and cleared the clog outside my home, and I paid nothing (outside of my tax returns, of course ... "my tax dollars at work"). Knock You Out could have tried to make some money off of me by saying they needed to come out and look at it, then referring me to the City, and then charging me for their time/truck-roll (while prolonging the entire thing for me). Knock You Out is not cold and unscrupulous. By spending time with me on the phone, but doing no work here and making nothing from it, they proved themselves to be honest and decent people. And that may be the main thing we shop for in home services."

"The plummer was on time and completed the task quickly.  However, a day after he provided the service the drain once again backed up.  I contacted quality plumbing and drain cleaning  and was told that there was no guarantee for the service.  I was told to contact Baltimore city.  It was apparent that Mr. Fama had no intention of returning to 'resneak" the pipe.

I contacted my insurance company who did send a drain service and a blockage was found and cleared.  It now has been several days with no additional problems.  The new service provider simply sneaked the pipe to clear the problem."
