He took a look at the system and confirmed that the furnace was running as expected, and he didn’t find evidence of a cracked heat exchanger. I was hoping for a definitive answer as to why the air wasn’t flowing out of several of my vents, but he was only able to confirm that it wasn’t due to the furnace itself. I may have clogged or separated ductwork behind the walls, but he wasn’t able to diagnose/confirm. At least I know the furnace itself isn’t the source."

This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat.
