Had my concerns and expectations, I had several other companies come and give quotes for double the price. Especially ORKIN. Orkin tried to use care tactics to sign contract without any explanation. "We are having our HVAC replaced and our salesperson recommended DUCTZ. DUCTZ came out on-time today to clean our air vents. The communication prior to the visit was very clear and it was easy to understand the upcoming process. They were very considerate, we toured our home and they went right to work bringing in the needed equipment and moving necessary furniture to access the vent covers. They were diligent and stayed focused on the task. Before I knew it, they were reattaching the cleaned vent covers and removing the equipment. Within a few hours, we had before/after pictures and have a great sense of comfort knowing all the gunk is gone! I highly recommend DUCTZ!"

"James came out and gave us an estimate and made recommendations on which design to choose. We had 7 huge windows that needed replacing. We had him do a door before and he did such a great job on it and we got many compliments. He clearly told us the timeline for installation. When the windows came in we had to delay his work because floor installation we had on one room was taking longer than expected. He said no problem and we rescheduled install date. He came out and installed windows and did a great job. Windows look fantastic and everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. We did ask for him to replace window sills as well after noticing the condition. He had no issues changing at last minute. Highly Recommend."

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
