"Called the Neighborhood Garage Door Service of Houston on 12/7/2015 in the morning around 9am and they advised that a tech was close by and would be at the home within an hour.  Dillon arrived and looked over the springs that went out and advised it would take 30mins to 1hr.  The springs were replacement within 30mins and Dillon took extra time to how to properly maintain the garage door with what kind of product and recommended to replace the rolls to reduce the noise when opening and closing the garage door.

"Shaun and his partner were scheduled to come at 8:00 and they showed up at 7:30am.  I was shocked.  I have never had a handyman show up on time, not to mention early.  They worked for 4 hours total because there were two of them.  They installed 5 ceiling fans with remotes and a digital thermostat.  Shaun's partner was very knowledgable and very friendly.  We will have them back when we get our next list of "honey dos that honey don't want to do"  Great work!
