"They did fine but I have not noticed a difference in my heating bills; I expected to but I haven't. It has made the temperatures upstairs more tolerable. It evens the temperature of the house a little bit but I guess it was not all that I expected it to be. But that is not really their fault; they put in the insulation and did fine. They stuck to the estimate but I wish they would have explained that I would not be able to walk in the attic anymore after they blew in the insulation. I don't have the attic access that I used to have. I will use them again in the future."

"In October, 2012 I had new gutters installed on my house after a hail storm damaged my existing gutters. That company did a terrible job, and now, less than two years later, I am having gutter problems. <br /> I contacted Goley Insulation and Gutters. They inspected my gutters, provided me with information and a recommendation, gave me an estimate. I had new gutters installed by Goley. The new gutters look great. They conform to industry standard, which the previous company did NOT. They performed the install on the scheduled date, while I was at work. When I got home, I called them to see if I was still on schedule for install in later afternoon (to make sure there was no rain delay in effect). I was informed that the work was already completed! <br /> The first company in 2012 left a big mess including screws/nails and metal clippings on my gravel driveway. "I would highly recommend Frank to anyone. The first project he worked on for us was to put in an exhaust fan/light and electrical outlet in our bathroom. Our house was built in the 50s so of course everything, especially electrical, is a nightmare to work on in our house. The whole project turned out great. Our second and most exciting project was the ceramic tile for our kitchen floor. It came out beautiful and everyone who sees it compliments us. Frank was super professional and always makes sure he cleans up the work area when he is done. Our last project was another light fixture. Our living room didn't have a ceiling light so Frank installed the necessary fixtures and light switch while again navigating around our funky 50s wiring. We already have a couple projects in mind next year that we will definitely be calling Frank for!"

"I was extremely impressed with the process of purchasing windows but ultimately let down after the install. The gentleman that arrived to install the windows were extremely professional and time efficient but when they gave me the go ahead to hang my window treatments back up I realized that my 2 inch vertical wood blinds no longer fit.  I had twelve windows total replaced and NONE of the blinds could go back up after the window installation.  When I spoke to representatives about the issue I felt as if they were on the other end of the call just shrugging their shoulders as if it was my mistake that no one had informed me that blinds MAY or MAY NOT fit once the install was completed. Our salesman, Nick Marler, was very kind and we thought informative but left that tidbit of information out. My husband and I had to scramble to cover the windows with anything we could find in rooms where I originally had only sheer curtains or valances hanging as we live on a corner lot. We used shower curtains and even sheets in some rooms. I can honestly say as happy as I was about having the new windows installed, I was equally upset about having to store 12 sets of wood blinds and having to spend even more money to replace them with 1 inch blinds and blackout curtains. I just wish someone would have told me upfront so I could have been better prepared or at least offered something other than a "Oh man, your salesman really should have talked to you about that," type of statement. "

"I requested a roof inspection to investigate a leak. Leak cause was determined, but the inspector also found unrelated hail damage. At inspector's suggestion, I successfully proceeded to obtain a roof replacement via insurance claim and upgraded the gutters. They were a great company to work with. Communication throughout the process could have been improved, but it was sufficient. I will use Signature Exteriors again, if needed."
