"Mr. Mike McAfee was a very interesting person. He was easy to work with. He came to our home the same day that we called for a professional water well person to help replace the well pump. He had to see where the well was located. The next day, he and his employee came and replaced the well pump. It was an all-day job, but we happily have water once again to water our lawn. The job was not cheap, but we are happy to have a working well once again. We would recommend Mr. McAfee if you need well work done. He knows what he is doing when it comes to water well work. "The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."
