"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."

"Pat and Tom installed a 5 ton heating and AC unit in my garage/workshop, last summer, and now I can make saw dust 7/24 all week long. Their work was exceptional. Service after installation was done without question. Pat replaced a part in my electrical panel that was defective. Professionalism, installation was exactly what I needed, based upon the size of the garage/workshop area I work in. Service after installation was right on. I would highly recommend R&C heating and air, without question."

"Point Loma Electric, Plumbing did our home electrical panel upgrade/replacement. and they did a great job at a competitive price. Once SDGE issued the permit to proceed, Point Loma scheduled the work and did everything in under 2 days, with power off for less than 1 day. Eloi and Angel were our technicians, they were professional, kept everything neat and clean, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy."
