It was Craig Edwards who really sold us on using this company. He explained everything clearly. He spent so much time explaining what would be done and coming out several times as we prepared for the insulation to be done. He explained the energy audit process (required for rebate) and results wel,l and answered all of my questions. <br /> Other staff was friendly, courteous, and open to answer all questions involving the attic sealing and insulation. All work took less than 3 hours and the work areas were cleaned/vacuumed when finished. <br />"

"It went very well. Two engineers came and looked at the outside of the house first, then the inside/basement/foundation. They educated me on how old houses settle, and what kinds of settling are of concern and what kinds are just normal and nothing to worry about. They gave me a list of things to look for and keep an eye on, but overall we were all pleasantly surprised that a 133 year old home was in such good shape. They also came up to the attic and looked at some roof concerns, and took a look at a detached garage to give me some information on whether or not a roof expansion would be possible with the current structural supports. They answered all of my questions and explained things in a way I understood; they offered information above and beyond what I thought to ask about that was useful. One thing I liked (but my realtor wasn't a fan of, tbh) was their friendly, folksy way of talking and relating to me, while at the same time offering professional opinions that were helpful to me."

"I got hold of Wayne and he happened to be in the neighborhood so he came out the same day to give me an bid. Wayne's price was better than the other handful of bids I had gathered. I selected them and they were able to easily accommodate my schedule. I asked for a copy of their liability and worker's comp insurance and their agent got me a certificate the same day. <br /> They did a great job applying the foam and they took great care to not make a mess in doing so. They also made sure that it would be easy to sheet rock once they were done. All of their foam was flush with my rafters. And when they left my attic was clean. They were also careful to not get any other parts of my house dirty as they went in and out. I was impressed that they made sure everything was foamed in adequately. They didn't skimp in any areas. <br /> Finally, they accidentally forgot to leave me with a form that I needed for the inspection with the City the following day. They got up at 5:00 in the morning to complete the form and email it to me! "They quoted me $2815. I got referred to them by my insurance company. I contacted them after I looked them up online to see if they had any discounts. They were pretty much on it and seemed to be knowledgeable about the type of insulation required to get the upstairs taken care of. They are on the higher end and it is also because of the materials they are using. They are using spray foam instead of cellulose or fiberglass. It was easy and quick and they were flexible with my schedule. I am going to keep them in the loop as we move forward."
