The tech came out (Joshua) called me with detailed informtion and had our unit up and running by 4pm. I could not ask for better service these guys are professional in all ways. "These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"I did hire this company to fix my heating problem. Service was awesome! David from DR Air and Heat Services responded within minutes of my request for help. My heater went out in my home. The outside unit was iced over. I had no emergency heat. David determined that I had the wrong thermostats in my home. He quickly replaced and programmed the thermostats. He found a rusty water tray in my attic that was overflowing and rusty. The air filtration system was damaged and he is going to help me avoid a potential disastrous situation, had he not found this now. The water tray was overflowing and rusted. Mold was growing. I have heat tonight! Tomorrow or Saturday I will have a whole new system for a reasonable price. He is going to replace the tray and not charge for one of the thermostats (shhhh.). This is going to be a great experience. David is personable, explains things well and is an asset to this company. I cannot wait to get this taken care of. I did not realize what bad shape things were in. I cannot rave enough about the service I have received so far. Thanks so much!"

"This family owned business should be very proud of the professionalism and service they provide. It was already evening when I made the request and yet David still came out to help. I didn't get a lecture about how old my unit was or my slacking on changing the filters. Some guys show up talking about how busy they are and make you feel like you're bothering them with your problem. Not metro Service. Instead he was patient in explaining to me and my son how things worked and what was needed : condenser capacitor, compressor hard start kit and over a lb of coolant. Total quality and cost was absolutely reasonable. When it is time to replace my unit I will surely give Metro Service a call."
