"Roy was so professional and knew what was wrong right away. He fixed it and checked the Freon. He was excellent in customer service. Thank you Kelly. Maria was so great. Will use them again for my furnace."

"I was very impressed with the service I received from South Belt. This is the first time I have bought an air conditioning system so I got several estimates. South Belt did have the best price, but what really sold me was the professionalism and knowledge of my rep Matt. Matt was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. It is so nice to buy from someone that is not trying to over sell me. Also, I wanted to note that the job foreman was very polite and helpful. Good job South Belt!"

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"The tech arrived on time, found the problem and gave me a couple of options. I chose to buy a new outside unit and it was installed within 4 or 5 hours. The service was excellent and the tech was very knowledgeable."

"We got them on Angie's List. We have a contract with them to come out twice a year for the air conditioning. I also bought a new air conditioner through them. They are real nice. They check us in winter for our heating system, and spring for our air conditioner. They come in clean and inspect. They cover the carpet with cover cloth, they wear booties on their feet, and they are very polite. When my mother's heater went down,  we called them, and they said the gas was down, and they did that. They checked the air conditioner as well and it was old so we purchased a new one for her."

"I had my air conditioning serviced for annual checkup and additional Freon was added during the service. My air conditioner has been efficiently working."

"They did a great job. Our house smells and feels so much cleaner. We had some water damage and needed our roof replaced so a lot of water in the house. So glad we got this done. We immediately noticed a difference."

"I am writing this review to commend Cucco's for their professionalism and work ethic. It is very refreshing to deal with a company that is true to what they say they will do and they do it pleasantly  without any hassle. Thank you so much for the  professionalism that you have shown in my dealing with you.  Every technician that has come to my house has been very customer friendly. Martin did an excellent job at correcting a problem with my air conditioner. I truly believe that when you handle customers the way that you do, you will  continue to be blessed in your business.  Thank You!
