"This is a small company. The wife answers the phone and makes appointments. She was very prompt in returning my call, friendly and professional. On the day of the appointment she texted me when he was on his way so I would know when to expect him. I never know what to expect when someone shows up at my door. One time I hired someone who just stood there staring at me when I opened the door and I had to ask if he was who I assumed he was. Not Mr. Utor. He was clean and professional, introduced himself and handed me his card. He immediately picked up on my bare feet and kicked his shoes off before he stepped inside, which always makes me and my light carpet happy. The repair went smoothly, he had a well equipped vehicle and didn't have to run to the store to get parts like some of the folks I've hired. He asked me about my air filter and took a look at it just to make sure. I'm pretty good about changing it but when he pulled it out it did indeed need to be replaced. I had one on hand and he installed it for me. I didn't shop price at all so it wouldn't be right for me to comment on that other than to say that I feel that what I paid was fair. "Fantastic. Pann showed up on-time each day for the four day project. He also came out to the site voluntarily to meet with the utility company's project manager. This was not required, but Pann wanted to make sure that there was no communication errors. The panel upgrade required that we have our power shut off for a day and a half. This required coordination and teamwork with his assistant, the city and the utility company. His project management skills are excellent. The job went like clockwork. We passed our inspection with flying colors. Pann went over and beyond the call of duty and made sure that our electrical system met and exceeded the stringent building codes He pointed out some serious safety issues with the old wiring and fixed them with new wires, switches, and conduits. This job required sophisticated demolition and construction as well as detailed and exacting wiring all done under a tight schedule. Pann Reed takes great pride in his work. He is meticulous, and very concerned about safety which is the way I want my house to be wired. He cleaned up after the job and left our home spotless. We now enjoy our townhouse without tripping circuits and are comforted in the knowledge that our homes electrical system is much safer. I highly recommend Enlighten Electric for licensed electrical work whether the project is large or small."

"According to Murphy's Law, my furnace quit working during the coldest weather of the year.  It was still periodically working, so I had PG&E come 1st to check it.  They deemed the furnace unsafe & completely shut it down.  A contractor recommended Supreme, & they told me they could come out within the hour.  I was impressed because it was Sat, & other companies I found were either closed or wanted extra for a wkd service call.  They showed up right on time, & quickly diagnosed the problem.  This is a family business run by twin brothers.  Both of them are professional, polite & very friendly.  They were also helpful providing information on repairing vs replacing the furnace, & gave me quotes on each.  I decided to get a new furnace, & am very happy with their work.  Everything went as scheduled, & I am now basking in the warmth of my new furnace.
