"The installers were very professional and did a great job. Replacement Furnace and A/C installed in one day."

"Justin has always been great to us. Very responsive and timely. We had a problem with our A/C unit and he was out to our house that afternoon. Friendly and reasonable pricing! He installed a humidifier a few years back and provided the same great service and pricing. Highly recommend him to any and all!"

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"I was able to reach the owner during his vacation, which surprised me. He was very prompt at visiting the hoiuse and sending a quote for the A/C and Furnace replacement. The work was completed on the date selected and in very little time. I'm impressed. I would eagerly recommend this contractor to anyone."

"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.

"Kevan did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducts in my home. Very professional, prompt, clean and very personable. Highly recommend, will gladly refer him and will hire him again when needed."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"Terry Jones did a superb job, I really can't overstate that. With how old our house was Terry ran into a number of minor issues that other providers may either A) ignored or B) charged extra for each item. Not only did Terry take care of all these problems, he stuck to his original estimate of work quote. The work was top notch, very much "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right." When we asked for work bids, Terry called us first thing and was there for the estimate in short order. He worked with us to get the Furnace and Water heater that suited our needs/want and quickly adjusted his quote for us. When he ran into unexpected delays with our project, he sacrificed his Saturday to make sure our furnace and water heater were properly installed. I would use his services again without hesitation, and you should, too."

"They painted my fascia, removed wasp nests, and replaced a section of rotting fascia board. They completed the job in timely fashion, bought the supplies needed, and finished the job reasonably quickly."
