The valve that controls water pressure between the road and my house broke so it was draining large amounts of water. He came out and fixed it and he didn’t gouge me at all. It was fair and reasonable, he was prompt and professional, and I can’t say enough good about him. I was really at the mercy of whoever I called up because that wasn’t something I could have done myself. I feel like I got a good one. He knew he had me over a barrel and he treated me the same way he would have if it wasn’t an emergency. I was not expecting the sort of treatment I received."

They diligently examined the area, then used a jackhammer to dig into the slab around the pipes. Doing this, they were able to find the location of the leak and replace the necessary pipes. This was a big relief to me, because the previous plumbing company I used was unable to find the leak.
