He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs and service/repairs done."

"The fellow from Right Choice Heating & Air looked at all our vents, and tried to convince us that we needed to be very concerned about mold. Basically, he used a vacuum cleaner which he carried on his shoulder to clean about 8 vents. In addition to the $199 we paid Angie's list, he charged us $603.00 more which equals $802 for only vacuuming the vent itself, and the small area inside the vent which could be reached by his machine. He also put a mold preventative (just smelled like perfume) which blew through the vents for a couple of minutes after he was done. He did give us a "washable" filter, but it was smaller than what was needed, and it still makes a clunking noise every time the AC comes on. Nothing else was checked on our AC unit. Our main objection to this cleaning is that it was far too expensive for the work that was done."

"We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). He has a great work ethic and cares about his customers."

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Excellent service and very honest.  When I contacted Nick and explained the problem with our furnace blower, he immediately told me what things I should try to see if I could make the repair myself.  I was not able to fix it myself, but was able to identify the broken component.  When I told him what I found, I was able to send him a picture by email of what I found.  He said he had the part in stock and could make the repair.  He came out the next day and made did a great job with getting everything running again.  He communicates very well and very fast by phone, email and by text messages.  I would use him again for sure.
