"Stan K was awesome!! He was friendly, competent and efficient. Came in using all protective procedures that are now our norm right from the get. I had 2 ceiling fans replaced and the electric for the garbage disposal fixed (it was hard wired directly to a wall light flip switch that was laying on the floor at the bottom of the sink.) Super dangerous if the sink ever had a leak. I needed a medallion for the one ceiling fan or it would have looked awful he was so helpful and went on amazon showed me what I needed and I bought it. He made a note on my chart to the company that he needed to come back and finish the job and how long it would take so they scheduled me right away when it came in. Nothing but positives for this company and I will use them again and again and tell all my friends and family about them. The price was absolutely reasonable and they are amazing at answering any questions you have. Someone always answers the phone and the text the picture and the name of the person you can expect that is coming to your home is a plus and he showed up in a Company van. This was work was for my elderly dads house so it was important for all the identifying markers. Thanks Stan K"

"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. There was a leak in the bathroom wall that could not be traced to its source.  I had a mason look at the chimney which is located adjacent to the leak and he found nothing.  I had a roofing company replace the flashing but the leak continued.  At this point I was desperate and as a last-ditch effort called Chadds Ford Chimney.  The phone was answered by the owner!  He spent much time with me talking about the potential problems.  He was able to send his best technician in a few days.  They were on time, and very easy to work with.  They went on the roof and looked everywhere but could not find any problems.  They came back down, and went back with a flashlight.  They looked in the septic vent, which is very close to the chimney (something no other company did) and found a fracture in the pipe.  They indicated that rain water was entering into the pipe and migrating to the bathroom wall.  They got in their truck and drove to the hardware store and returned within an hour with an elbow PVC pipe and temporarily placed it over the vent.  They said wait for the next two big rains and see what happens.  The next two big rains came and there was only a very, very small leak which we attributed to the fact that wind was blowing rainwater into the pipe.  They came back with another elbow that would prevent wind from blowing water into the pipe and permanently sealed the elbow in place.  The wall has been dry ever since.

No other company found this problem, but Chadds Ford stayed with it until they found the problem and fixed it..  They are truly wonderful to work with!  The owner is fabulous and willing to work with you at every level.  I can't say how highly I regard this company and how glad I am that I stayed with it and tried to find one more company who could help.

"Had a problem with my dryer and when the repair tech showed up he told me it was a vent issue and recommended Murphy's. They scheduled me up within a few days, confirmed, arrived on time, and finished up within and hour or so. They not only cleaned out my dryer vent, they repaired it in a way I would not have been able to and gave my wife and I some tips we were unaware of that will save the life of our dryer in the long-term. Their price was reasonable for the labor and the parts, they were totally professional and would recommend them to anyone needing dryer vent service.
