On the french drain,/sump pump change out/ wall rebuild, it was quick and painless. Again my sales person was very clear in the process and the steps. When he came for a walk through there were some options in what would occur in the installation and he made fully aware of any potential changes in cost (there were none though). Replace a window, door lock, and did concrete work around chimney outside.  Also secured siding where it had come loose and attached gutters that had come loose from the house. "Well....Bob came and gave us an estimate in May.  We decided right away to use him.  We then ordered our cabinets from Lowe's. Bob met us at Lowe's and was their to help with the entire process. ( Bob was great...Lowe's was not.)  Bob did offer to help get our cabinets somewhere else but we wanted Kraftsmaid.  Once Bob starting installing, he realized some of the cabinets were damaged.  He took care of all the problems by calling Lowe's.  We also had a problem with the laminate flooring we had ordered.  Not only did Bob help take care of that, we were away and he actually went to a floor store and helped pick out our new floor.  He was amazing!!  The kitchen looks great and then after he completed the job we decided to have him redo our bathroom."

"Had mice sneaking in through the soffit. Called my Terminix rep. He came out and took care of the mice. We got to talking and he mentioned the insulation service. I was researching insulation services at the time. Great product and great service. Very comparable to the other insulation providers  I received estimates from as far as product. The price was much better with Terminix Heating bill has greatly reduced and no more mice! <br />"
