"Crew called before arrival and made sure that I was ready for service.  Requested to have the driveway clear for the truck.  Service took 2 days to complete.  Alerted me that there would be dust overall due to drilling in drywall and insulation work. <br /> Staff moved furniture away from the outside walls and covered all with plastic.  This included living room, bedroom and office furniture.  Some pieces were quite heavy.   <br /> During estimate and prior to the start of work, I was informed that holes were to be cut into drywall.  Drywall repair would be needed and was not part of the estimate.  Crew explained the process for insulating the walls.  2-inch holes were neatly made and insulation was blown into wall space.  Holes were then neatly rough patched.  Drywall needs to be professionally finished.  <br /> Staff checked the attic.  Several pieces of furniture and other belongings of the prior owner were stored in the attic.  Staff emptied all of the pieces and neatly stacked them in the garage.  Completed attic insulation on the 2nd day.  Notified me that due to the construction and location of the attic steps, suggested that I add a layer of wood to ensure better insulation.   <br /> I would definitely recommend EnerSol. <br />"

"Flawless execution. At the appointed time, the shingle truck showed up, followed by the dumpster. At the same time, the Crew Leader, Rick and his team started assembling. Rick introduced himself and explained what was going to happen and reassured me that a leak issue I had would be taken care of. Once they decided on a plan of action, they attacked the roof and had the job done in two and a half days, with a day break in the middle due to rain. The rain was not an issue as the roof was done in sections, watertight, and protected at all times. As a fairly old roof, the team replaced 13 sheets of plywood and rebuilt a saddle near the chimney which had been constructed incorrectly and was the source of a leak we had. Rick documented these issues with photographs and communicated them to me prior to repair. In doing so, any additional cost above the original estimate was expected, and reasonable. At the end of work each day, the site was cleaned, debris removed, tools stowed and ready for the next day. In speaking with the crew, I was impressed with their enthusiasm, pride in their work and professionalism. Finally, while most of us can find more pleasant things to spend a large chunk of money on, I feel the value we received was worth the price. This clearly begins with Mike, the owner. From my first conversation with him through completion, Mike was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, forthcoming and transparent regarding the service he provides. Given that, his high rate of accepted estimates (estimates done seamlessly with no meetings or inconvenience, by satellite technology, I might add), is no surprise. Put simply, he's easy to get hold of, easy to talk to, and I am confident that when he says call him anytime, they stand behind their work - he means it. As a result, I would use 4 Guys again, and will recommend them to any who ask."

"Retrofoam removed the fiberglass and blown-in insulation from our attic. They then sprayed their open cell foam on the underside of our roof. Both work crews were very professional and conscientious of the areas where they worked in our house. They did a great job with the coverage areas of the foam. The temperature difference in our attic now is amazing compared to before. It is comfortable to be in the attic now. We use it for storage so we are up there often."
