They came out, took a look at things and knew exactly what needed to be done. I already had an idea because my father had taken a look but it was more than he wanted to get into. So, the gentleman explained what he would need to do and also asked if I wanted to have a secondary part of it fixed (no shut-off valve, which should be installed for an external faucet) of which I said yes because I had already wanted to have that done. They were done within about an hour max. From the time I called to them coming out it was no more than 2-3 hours. Super friendly and professional. I was so impressed I came on here to write a review."

"Juan responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the broken part. Fortunately, Juan had the part in his truck and was able to get my furnace working again. The service was impeccable! However, the weekend rates are expensive the service cost me $699 for installation of a $70 part. The 2-hour service call was $500 ($249 per hour)."

"Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient.
