He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. The condenser did not work although it was new out the box. It took me continually calling and three months for ARS to finally replace the condenser with another new unit which works perfectly. Note: ARS was dealing with Carrier not wanting to replace the unit... but that pain was felt at the customer level (me) when it should not have been. The contractors that they send out are professional and courteous and follow all protocols during COVID-19."
