An added bonus was how quiet it became. Tom will come back in the spring for another energy audit after we finish some final work. My only complaint is that the receptionist did not answer my call about the one recessed light having stopped working -- I  left the message on the office phone on Sunday, but end of week I'd not heard from them, so called again & the receptionist said she had forgot about my message.   Also, the first visit was to be between 8:00 - noon; by noon no one had appeared; so I called the office & was told that the electricians had been held up at a job; they got here about 2:00.  In the event that the technicians get delayed at a job, the office should notify the customers who have appointments after them that day so that the customers aren'e sitting home waiting for them -- it was frustrating to stay home so long when the office knew that the technicians would be late.
