"I contracted with Grant Heating & Cooling Inc. to install HVAC system in my home in the spring of 2024. They were very professional and did a very good job. In the winter of 2025 I had a minor problem with one of the Mitsubishi heat pump system units. The company was quick to troubleshoot the situation. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable about the system and thorough. It required several visits to diagnose the problem and fix it. The manager, Nick was very responsive to the situation which required bringing out an expert from Mitsubishi. All of this work was covered under my warranty. The problem was fixed and I could not speak highly enough about the company’s policies and customer service. I would highly recommend them for all facets of their work and standing behind their installations. I am very happy to be working with them for my continued maintenance. "where do i start .. from a good company being honorable 7 years ago to a shady sketchy company... called the owner RAY recently as my minisplit crashed and died asked if he could come and replace it if i got a new one he said yes he would schedual it ... in conversation all they were to do was replace inside unit outside unit and recharge and be gone/done.. they showed up LATE they chose on their own to rip out the entire system and rewire it leaving holes in the siding that was not discussed (meanwhile i was here on site and so was family member that could call me and facetime if there was a concern) they route the drain line over a casement window as opposed to running it to the drain that was there so now i have possibly water damage issues called the owner he said they told him i told them what to do which was NOT the case (on video) they left a wire hanging out exposed to elements for no reason at all the owner comes by a few days later to 'fix' the issue says not fixing it "
