In deterring the scope of the project, they listened to all our concerns, and devised a comprehensive plan to meet all our needs, not just simply an insulation replacement. The actual work crew was very friendly and respectful of our house and property. We alway got notice when they would arrive and were always on time. They kept us informed every step of the way with pictures of their progress. They let us know early on of one potential electrical issue with recessed lighting and worked closely with our electrician a couple days later to resolve the issue prior to actual blowing in of the insulation. Overall, a first class operation all the way and we already feel the benefits."

"Out 1957 home had minimal insulation in the attic. Over the years some had been added but there were many gaps which made for uneven temperatures throughout the house. Dave and his crew removed the old inefficient patchwork of insulation. They then added channels around the rafters to promote air-flow. Finally they added blown in insulation to achieve R49 or better. The insulation is already making a difference in even temperatures all through the house. "When hiring a contractor, I look for someone that is reliable, honest, takes pride in their work and provides excellent work for a fair price. Bill Brown has of these traits and truly cares about this work satisfying his customers. Bill was there for the entire process. From the initial estimate where he thoroughly inspected the entire attic including the difficult to get to addition off the back of the house. He also recommended CMC Energy Services to conduct an Energy Audit so we could receive rebate of $1.00 per sq ft on the insulation cost. He went over in detail what was needed on the quote and finally Bill was right there with his crew on installation day. As for the job itself, Bill and his crew installed over 90 soffit baffles, rerouted the bathroom exhaust vent, installed plywood cat walk covered in heatshield around HVAC equipment and then finally adding blown in insulation. This was no easy task based on the layout of the attic and the difficult access to the addition. During the entire installation Bill and his crew were neat and professional. In the end, we didn't realize how poorly insulated our attic was. The house is much warmer and it just snowed and no more ice dams!! I can't wait to see the difference in the summer as well now that our A/C vents are under a nice blanket of insulation. I would highly recommend Bill for all your energy saving needs."

Day of the install crew arrived on time introduced themselves let me know what was going to be done, felt comfortable leaving them in my house while I went to work. Second day of the install met the Forman, David Hicks very friendly, attention to details and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The crew never seemed like they were in a rush or like they were just trying to slap the job in. Took however long it took and they did it right and clean.
