"Things went great. I called to check out about getting them to come out to replace my outdoor faucet and they told me they could come out the same day. I wasn't expecting that but it was great. They came out, took a look at things and knew exactly what needed to be done. I already had an idea because my father had taken a look but it was more than he wanted to get into. So, the gentleman explained what he would need to do and also asked if I wanted to have a secondary part of it fixed (no shut-off valve, which should be installed for an external faucet) of which I said yes because I had already wanted to have that done. They were done within about an hour max. From the time I called to them coming out it was no more than 2-3 hours. Super friendly and professional. I was so impressed I came on here to write a review."

"I have a large house that had two very old AC units. The previous units were installed in the 1980’s, and had always been inadequate for our needs. I will also say that I tend to have very high expectations. While I like to give out compliments when they are deserved, I find very few opportunities to do so when hiring different folks for my home improvement needs. Their pricing is competitive, but I will also say that you get what you pay for. We did have some quotes that were cheaper, but the proposed plan was also inferior. They were respectful, organized, and had exceptional attention to detail. It’s a very professional looking installation, and a major upgrade for us. "I hired northeast heating and cooling to replace my aging heating A/C system. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient. I couldn't be any happier with the work that was done in the house I would highly recommend them. Thank you Guy's for your hard work and dedication to get this system working amazing!"

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!"

"My experience with Atlantic was one of the best - if not THE best - I've ever had with home maintenance and repair companies!

Since I'd never had the heating/AC ducts in my house cleaned in the 20 years I'd been here, I solicited estimated from three companies.  This one had been recommended by my oil company owner, who said that it had been recognized in the industry as doing high quality work.  All three estimates were about the same, but the owner of Atlantic, Jack Prindiville, impressed me as being far more professional and knowledgeable than the other estimators.  He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I was scheduled to have the work done very promptly.

I couldn't have hoped for better workmen than the two young men who did the work.  They were fairly young, professional, efficient, hard-working, and extremely good-natured.  They completed the job fairly quickly, but thoroughly, and left no trace of any mess.  This was an A+ experience in every way!!!
