"It did not work out too well. The schedule it was just horrendous, for example they were scheduled to come at 4:00 on a particular day and about 10 minutes before I get an email saying he wasn't coming because of delays with other clients. That didn't make me real happy. I don't know on the price, I guess it was ok. They did not paint my deck because it had been painted before, and they said they could not do that, so they just power washed it for $279, or whatever the price was. I would not use them again. Do not use them. Scheduling was horrdenous and then once I did get them scheduled they didn't show up, and when they did show up they were late. The work was inferior."

"Work was great. Just bought a 1972 townhouse that needs some serious updating. Michael installed a ceiling fan and light in rooms with no prior wiring, switched a light out with a new fan, replaced a hall light and added electrical outlets to bathrooms that had no outlets, fixed a minor issue with the garbage disposal, installed 2 new smoke detectors and replaced a couple of outlets. Everything is completed on time and will be hiring again as I have a lot more outlets to replace."

"Eric came within an hour after I requested A/C service from My HomeAdvisor. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of his trade. He informed me of what the problem was, gave me options, and completed the work within reasonable time. What impressed me very much from this experience was the fact that Eric took the time to explain to me what the problem was, what caused it, and what he would do to help correct the problem, - in a way that I can understand. I had to call him back a few days after and asked him to come and check on something that I noticed since he left. He came the same day, found the problem and made recommendations. "Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"That was not a happy experience.  They were very hard to reach.  They contacted me and ask me when they would come and take advantage of the deal.  I emailed them back, they didn’t respond.  I emailed them again and I emailed them again.  The third time I emailed them, I said, if I don’t hear from you within 24 hours, I’m going to cancel through Angie’s List.  Somebody called and left a message.  I called the next morning and the phone was disconnected.  I had somebody else on the phone, he said I was crazy to think the phone was disconnected because it wasn’t but it was.  Somebody called me and they arrange to come.  The finally did come.  They did what they were supposed to do on the chimney but we had an inspector come in because we are selling the house.  They missed something important that I have to fix.  They apparently didn’t do the job of doing the crown which I paid extra for.  I’m going to have to pay another chimney service to do that.  I am happy with them at all.  They said I need to replace a dent and they did ask $400 more and they supposedly fixed the crown of the chimney for another $125 but it turned out that they did not do such a good job on that.  The crown wasn’t good.  I expected them to find extra things to do but I expect them to do them right."
