"90 plus degree weather and this thing broke down. Called Robbie and they came out 2 times and got it started to just cool us down till they could replace the unit. They were to come on Sat. but were able to come on Wed. Put the new unit in and came back the following Monday as they needed a piece of metal cut to fit a different size opening. They also came out on Sat to caulk the opening (before they were able to get the metal piece) to make sure no water would enter the house because of rainy weather. They are very professional and I recommend them highly."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
