"It was a pleasure working with NP Energy. They followed up, as promised, for the “Estimate Appointment” and they worked with me to do an “interior” Attic insulation (using “Blown In” method) as opposed to “roof top.” They “assisted” in finding the interior path to the attic to make sure the job could be completed properly. The day of insulation they arrived “timely” as projected and immediately set-up and completed the job promptly. They provided “additional” insulation around my attic door to make sure the attic was secure. The last step involved another “internal” distribution of insulation in the back ceiling to make sure the back of the house was properly filled (360 “Blown In” method). Both gentlemen involved in my job were courteous, polite and protective of my property. They cleaned up after they completed the job. There was a 2nd location (under the front bedroom via the porch) where I had requested additional insulation, but they “investigated” and advised there was some Bolsom Batt there that was providing some protection. The last action they took was to notice visible openings in my porch and he manually added corking insulation to give my porch more protection. When I questioned them about alternative ways to secure the porch he gave a “great” recommendation that is going to be completed due to his “expert” suggestion. This is a GREAT company to work with and they were very familiar with the “Flat Top” insulation job that I needed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this crew for an “insulation” job."

"I called and left a message stating what I needed and left my contact information. I did not receive a return call for approx. 1 1/2 days. They weren't the right company for a small size window insulation repair job and referred me to another company (can't remember who). I called them and was given the name and number of a third company. At that point, I discontinued. I don't have time to play tag by being given numbers of companies or contractors who "may" or "may not" be able to take care of the job I needed. I wouldn't recommend these people unless you have a large space to insulate. If so, you would be wise to get prices from a few other companies, they seemed very expensive."

"The whole experience went very well. I actually chose Econotherm based on the materials that they used and the professionalism of the audit staff. The Econotherm Staff showed up on time, applied all the insulation and waited for the after insulation audit in case <br /> <br />any leaks were found. Not only did the house show a 20% improvement, the how was 50% more air tight after their work. That means the actual savings in heating will be more then was proposed. <br /> <br />The clean up after the job was well done and I do not have any complaints.
