"The owner came out the same day I called/ told him what I needed a new duct under the house to connect to my new electric dryer - he looked - took measurements and gave me verbal price and a time frame the day before my dryer was delivered / agreed without a second bid ( I liked the owner and felt like I could trust him) the two young men the came to do the work were on the day agreed up and the time set - they were efficient and left the vent ready to be hooked up - dryer delivery from Home Depot had no issues. If the vent guys had, had an invoice I would have written the check then but they needed to bill me. I sent the check as soon as I got the email invoice. If may have been low price or higher price - all I know Is this 68 year old lady had no idea what to expect and I was pleased with the work and timely response every step of the job. If fact I may call them again to see if they do water heaters before I sell this house. Recommend you call for their bid and hire them if you need a reliable company to deal with!"

"Emailed Temp-Rite through their website for a general quote.  Jerry, the owner, responded  with a general quote and I set up an appointment after work on June 24th to get an estimate.  I liked the fact that I was under no pressure or given a hard sell.  Jerry emphasized that the decision was mine and mine alone and he would give me two estimates, one with new coils and a compressor and one without the new coils.   Later that same night, I was emailed a detailed estimate.  The next day I called and arranged for installation for the week of July 1st . I was very impressed with Sharon, the office manager, who handled my calls.  She was very considerate and said my installation would take place rain or shine.  I was called the night before the installation to confirm what time the techs would arrive and was offered to have them call me when they were on their way.  
The technicians arrived on time  and before starting asked me if I had any questions.  The existing outdoor condenser was replaced with a Carrier Model 24ABB3 using the new R-410 A refrigerant type, a heavy duty pad for underneath the unit, the replacement of the indoor coil and new line set along with a new coil and coil box, new electrical connection from the existing outdoor switch to the new unit, and a new PVC trap inside. 
The entire job took 6 1/2 hours to complete.  The technicians cleaned up and removed all debris before leaving. The lines going from the outside to inside the house were properly sealed.   I was also instructed on the proper cleaning of the permanent air filter I was using, cleaning and maintaining the PVC trap, and given a general description on the working of the unit and the coil unit.  
The techs were very patient and very willing to answer questions.  
I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and attention to detail from Temp-Rite.  I highly recommend Temp-Rite and will use them again to service my heater and air conditioner needs.

"We used them at our previous townhome so when we moved here, we decided to have them put in the new unit. They did a great job. I like the fact that their prompt response, if you have a problem, like if you have a heating or air conditioning problem, they're right on it. And Actually if you call before the cut off at 10 PM, they come that night. After 10 PM, they have to come out the next day. Our problem was at 10:30 at night, we realized it wasn't blowing cold air. If we had called a little earlier, they would have came right out. They have enough people to service problems, which is nice, instead of having just one guy. I think they're prices are great, I just don't remember exactly what we paid for the unit. I wouldn't have used them to begin with if they didn't have a good price."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
