In diagnosing a knocking sound Patrick discovered a builder defect and our gas line was compromised in several places. He and his crew replaced the water lines and gas line, replaced our 15 year old water heater that was failing and completed all the jobs on our repair list (replumb refrigerator, add pressure regulator to the main supply line). He did such a great job rebuilding the plumbing for the laundry area, basically rebuilding the wall, and I never thought it would look so good in my lifetime!
