"had original rotted T1-11 siding as sheer wall replaced with plywood sheer wall, hardy blueskin, and hardie panel siding. also had vinyl replacement windows and sliding door taken out and milgard ultra fiberglass installed instead. all work performed to high quality standard. good flexibility for our participation in the process. very focused on customer satisfaction. would definitely recommend to others who know what they want from their window/door/siding contractor."

"Overall it went smoothly without major hitches. There we some delays in getting the windows delivered but that was not on the company. I also did not negotiate to paint the exterior window frames which would have been easy to do at the time of installation. Because it is a second story unit I had to pay someone to do this after the windows were installed. But besides that it was a good experience and was done without issues and it was on time. Their price was competitive. The folks who did the work and the estimates were friendly and professional and the quality of work was excellent."

"The work was done very professionally for a great deal. The job demand was to mount two cameras, one in the front door and the other jn the garage. Oscar and Alejandro knew what worked and was not afraid of putting out suggestions on how to improve it. When a plan might not work, we came up with a different solution that achieved the same goal. "Todd and his crew finished the job in the exact amount of time he originally estimated for the project. While the job was fairly straight forward, there was only one very basic and totally understandable change order (installing insulation where it was revealed to be moldy). Todd and his crew are communicative--facile with phone, text and email. Todd gave regular updates on the project and ample lead-time regarding plumbing and electrical shut-offs. They arrived at the same time every day, worked consistently, and stopped work each day on time. Todd was on time and fully present for each inspection. He also worked closely with the engineer with whom he had never met and who reported being very pleased with Todd's work. Todd and his crew are personable and professional. Finally, they
left the work spaces at least as clean as they were originally. We're very happy we chose T. James Construction.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

We worked with Nathan as our general contractor and he was great.  Fantastic timely communication and a true dedication to making sure everything was done right.

The main piece of work done was the renovation of our downstairs bathroom.  Nathan helped with the general concept and design ideas.  He was great to collaborate with and even found a knowledgeable vendor that had a great tile selection where we went together to pick out the tile and accents and vanity top.  The foreman, Saulo who worked in our place did great work, was polite and courteous, and cleaned up nicely every day since we were living in the space while the work was happening.

The work was done on schedule, even a bit early, and more than exceeded our expectations.  The bathroom is gorgeous and the attention to detail was meticulous.

Once we completed the bathroom renovation, we also hired Nathan to install a new vanity top and sink in a second bathroom, to do some general repairs to walls that were cracking and had major nail pops, and also to build a small closet upstairs.  The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price extension.

Overall, it was a great experience - I really enjoyed working with Nathan, he's a great contractor who clearly cares very much about the quality of his work and the experience of his customers.  Highly recommend Nathan and Goodfellas Construction to others for jobs big or small!

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. You can shop with confidence with them!"
