I did not receive call backs in a timely manner. In addition, I learned after hiring a different company for repairs that Larry Pearson's team incorrectly wired one of our two new A/C units during the initial install. This resulted in a false error code being sent by the unit. This review updates an earlier, more positive one."

"LG front load washing machine stopped working after trying to wash large area rug with "rubber" non-skid backing (DON'T do this. I tried to clean out drain, but the clog was too far back and too big for me to dislodge. Looked at appliance repair suggestions on Angie's List - Coldappliance was one of the first listed with all A ratings. Read some of the reivews and the 2nd review was from someone who had a similar problem with GE front load machine. Call Coldappliance and explained my problem and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Alan called that morning and asked if we could reschedue our appointment due t a medical issue and offered a discount on his service charge as compensation for rescheduling. When he arrived for the appointment knew exactly what was wrong, cleared the clog and made a couple of suggestions as to how to prevent some of the problems that sometimes occur with these machines due to soap residue and hard water build-up. The only charge was the discounted service call charge. Quite fair for what he did, especially when you consider what other servcie types charge simply to come to your home. Would definity recommend him and use him again when needed.

"Great. Jose was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Came late the same day to help. Looked over everything and located the issue. Kept me informed throughout the process and showed me exactly what he saw. Fixed the problem. He could have probably told me it was my thermostat, but he didn't. He was honest and told me he would fixed what appeared to be the problem and waited until after that to access the thermostat. Saved me $200, since it wasn't the thermostat. Very happy with the service this company has provided. They are very honest and hard working."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Everyone at Bowen from the owner Ken Sr., to his son Kenny Jr, and Derrick, and Jose, and Holly, and the rest of the team, will make you feel like one of the family. They will give you honest and smart advice about how to handle all of your AC needs. And during the service calls, you don't have to worry about them exaggerating your issues and recommending repairs that aren't needed. I won't make the mistake of calling any other company again."

When the project was complete, Tom had no hidden charges and had stuck to the original quoted price. While there, Tom had informed me of a saftey hazard with my furnace and plenum which he showed me an discussed what was needed to make the repairs. Needless to say I gave him that work too."
