"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"I am extremely happy with my experience with John and his company. A section of my garage ceiling fell and needed to be replaced. John outbid every other contractor with a fair price. He was professional, responding to ever call/text, and he confirmed day and time he would come to my house to complete the work. John and his team showed up promptly to do the work. It was amazing to watch how seamlessly he and his team worked. His experience and professionalism truly show, and there is no doubt he does his best work and takes pride in a job well done. At one point I told him not to worry about how pretty something looked because after all, it's a garage and it was an area in the corner. He said that if something is going to be done, it should be done correctly and done right the first time it's done. I should add that not only was the sheetrock replaced, but the length of the ceiling that was replaced was reinforced with 2 x 4 pieces of wood. That section of the ceiling definitely is NOT falling down any time soon. When all the work was done, they cleaned up and hauled away all the old material. You can't tell anything happened in the garage because of how clean they work. I highly recommend this company and would rehire in a heartbeat if any other drywall projects need to be done."

Raul came out, removed the two animals and did a review of the house with suggestions to help seal and prevent. Very good service all around and fair pricing. "I have hired Jeff and his team to do work on my homes three times now. Pride in his work shows. Not just Jeff, but everyone on his crew has always show up on time, and considerate of our spaces and even social distancing as necessary. The quality of the work has always been outstanding and better than the (old but longstanding) builder quality which I hire them to upgrade for me. "Faught has replaced two HVACs for us: the first in our condo in 2014. The old unit was in the attic above the master bedroom and everywhere in the unit it sounded like a 747 taking off. Faught re-ducted some of the returns placing them in closets which kept my computers cool and kept the ceilings and walls free of return ducts :) The second HVAC was in our townhome and was a challenge because of limited space. Faught installed a continuous unit that allowed only the power that we needed and allowed us to section-off the master bedroom. My wife likes the MBR to be 65* at night and Faught's approach saves us on utility bills. All work was completed timely, in a professional manner and for a competitive price. We will definitely use them again."
