"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. "After a few bumps along the way, it was great.  The work was not started when they said they would but I understand there was a family emergency with the guy who supervises the metal roofing. Even though there was no hurry on the roof, we would have appreciated a phone call from someone.  My husband called the guy responsible for installing/supervising the metal roof and he said it was his fault , that he dropped the ball by not calling us.  I am not sure they had a foreman that really watched what the roofers were doing.  I sent David several pictures of items that didn't look right.  He had them corrected immediately.
I started to give them a "B" in one category strictly because of the lack of communication with the roofing supervisor and the corrections that had to be done. There is not really a category that would fit that description. Plus, David Francis always returned my calls or texts and corrected any problems I had.  We have several other projects and would definitely use them again.
