Just stop and go call Henderson Heating and Cooling, PERIOD!! I have yet to find a more competent and professional business than this one. They are BY FAR the most trust worthy and honest business I have had the pleasure of hiring to do my HVAC services. I am not familiar with all the technicians they employ, so I will speak of one in particular that I am familiar with, "Jack" is the person who has always serviced my system. He has also conducted an appraisal for me on replacing my original equipment. Jack is patient, and caring. He wants to provide you with the best service you deserve, and he does so with pride and commitment. As an employee of Henderson Heating and Cooling, Jack carries their reputation of quality work at a best price with loyalty and trust. I'm sure the other technicians are just as competent as Jack, so I would trust any of them.
As for the company, EVERY SINGLE TIME i have had to call their business, I was greeted with the most kind and understanding professional. They are willing to listen to my concerns and offer possible solutions for the purpose of trying to save me money. Again, they are looking out for my best interest and it shows. I have never met these follks, so I don't write this comment with a biased opinion. I write it because it NEEDS to be shared with everyone out there who's looking for HVAC service. Henderson will not try to sell you something you don't need. They don't try to place bandages on your problems. They FIX problems.
So, bottom line: If you want someone to FIX your HAVC problems and do it with complete professionalism and pride, just call them! It's that simple. I close by saying that because I'm a retired Army vet with over 22 years active duty service in special units, I have come to learn how to tell when someone is trying to rip me off. This company is NOT one of those company's.

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

"Matt with HvacME installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit for me this past fall and just recently serviced the AC in preparation for our warmer weather. Pricing was very fair and beat the verbal estimate given by a competitor by a good deal. With the new furnace, I was pleasantly surprised to have a warmer home without increasing gas usage. Matt has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend his company."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
