I was nervous about everything he was doing to it so he talked with me on the phone about it while he worked and he updated me all along on his progress. He also took the time to explain everything in detail so that I would understand what was causing the problems and how to avoid them in the future. He's not at all cocky or arrogant like some computer specialists are who think they are smarter than they really are. I like that he didn't do anything to my computer without notifying me first. "Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. The whole evolution was a positive event and we will gladly refer Orbit Energy & Power LLC, as a HAVC company that I will work with again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"So far when Choice Home Warranty is needed they are right trying all there mite to complete what need that I have. I call about my heating system today and they started right then trying to locate a technician to repair or as they say replace. I just know it's very cold and we need the heat very much there is small children in the home. I believe the CHW will do what they say they'll do and more."
