"Called one Angie’s List vendor who did not return my call. Called Seth Driggs who was working on a job, but said he’d see me in an hour or so. He showed up on time, and gave me estimates of what the low or high should be to get our drain working again. The drain proved to be uncooperative, he ran his snake out 75 feet, reinstalled the toilet and it still wasn’t working properly. He ran back to the shop to get a cutting end for the snake, removed the toilet, and ran the snake out 75 feet again. We suspected that a grandchild had put something in the drain, but nothing ever tangled in the snake’s end. At any rate, Seth was determined to get it working, an charged me what he’d quoted if he only had pulled the toilet once, although he had to pull it twice and reseal it twice.
