"Left a message with the answering service on Friday morning and Chris called back within a minute or two. I explained that one of our air conditioners was out and we needed to go out of town at 3 that afternoon. He said that he could be to the house by noon. He arrived before 11:30. Diagnosed the problem and went off to get the replacement parts. He returned with the parts and fixed the A/C unit and we made it to the airport on time. Thank you Chris!"

"I always have had excellent service and no exception this time.  John typically calls before he arrives to let me know if he is on schedule and the work is done promptly and efficiently.  If there are shortcomings or issues with the system, he has in the past made recommendations for improving the system and saving on utilities, but never pushy about it.  He is good about cleaning up after any work and is professional in his manner and speech. 

I have used his services for several years with no complaints.  In prior years, I used one of the larger firms, but while their work was acceptable, I still get junk mail from them.  No such complaints with Ability AC. "

"Mike from Fast Response came to my home. first thing, great guy. After Mike tested the small things, like fuse first. Would have been cheapest fix. but not. I finally decided to replace my unit. I got three estimates, $15,000 from a "big" name, $8000 and the fast response quote 0f $6500. While mike was figuring things out, we started talking about an old furnace I had in my home. I've had the gas shut off. Just needed someone to get it out of there for me. Mike said that they would take care of it. I ask how much extra? he said, none. I said ok. When all was said and done. New heat pump and an old eye sore gone. I believe they went above and beyond. But, that all being said I was told payment would be $180 a month. The payment is over $200. Not sure who to blame that one on. Bank or fast response? I would use fast Response again."

"We had water damages recently in April. After water restoration was done, we need to hire someone to repair our condo. The repairing job was not very big, but included many different works, such as drywall in both master bed room and master bath room, painting, install new cabinet in master bath room.... We have contacted many companies, some company can't meet our schedule, some company can only do drywall and painting. Some company's price was too expensive. We are very lucky to find Mr. Chu from Angle's list. He can do all these work with very reasonable price. Mr. Chu did excellent job for us! We can't even tell anything was done in the new repaired drywall. Mr. Chu not only has great skills to do so many different work, also he is a honest, reliable and hardworking person. "Jeremy came out and cleaned the vent ....I used the Angie's list discount.  He was in and out in no time.  He explained how the vent was run and the type of lint in the pipe (new vs old) as we had just purchased the home.  Recommended cleaning in another 3-4 years.  Great experience.
