Paul came to look at our home and project before we had the audit because I had family in town who were building contractors. Paul stayed in touch to arrange a time, arrived just when he said he would, and was friendly and thorough in meeting with us. Once we were approved and ready to go with the project, Paul was very responsive to our contacts, he was flexible in arranging times that would work with our schedule, and he walked us through all of the project. He was even willing to and quot;superviseand quot; us through part of the job we were thinking about doing, but ultimately chickened out of. Paul's guys were very respectful and Paul was by to oversee the project over the 3 days of work. They were willing to work with our dog at home and kept in touch since I couldn't be home during the day. Paul and his guys explained the work they did once they were finished and were great about cleaning up whatever mess occurred. We found an issue with one of our lights after the work was done and he came out and fixed the electrical problems and caulked the area that was affected by the insulation blow in.
