We then found that Milgard had replacement vinyl windows that we could get in black capstone (both internal and external color), but the replacement company never got back to us with a quote – even after many back and forth communications. Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. "I called Ed thinking I would need to tear apart my entire bathroom to deal with dryrot problems. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and suggested 'plan A' of fixing a shower seam caulk problem. it took him 2-hours and $4.00 worth of materials to mend the leaking shower. We will wait to see if the moisture problem goes away or stays. If it does not clear up, he suggested 'plan B', which was a less-intrusive option of a small hole in the wall to assess the plumbing. He was very professional, and could have taken advantage of the situation when I told him I was mentally prepared to deal with thousands of dollars of repair for the tear-apart that would likely have to occur. I will definitely use Ed again, even if this does not fix the problem. He is extremely honest."
