"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.

"Was trying to locate the origin of a moldy smell that suddenly appeared throughout the house a week ago. Called TM for routine AC checkup. The service tech (J.D.) noted what appeared to be mold (or the beginnings of it) in the drain pan. Also noted that the drain pipe was clogged. (My bad!) He cleared the drain pipe and we sprayed the drain pan with mold disinfectant.

He also noted rust on one of the lower coils... perhaps from freezing over. It's possible that it was and quot;rustand quot; I was smelling. J.D. then checked the refrigerant levels and hosed down the outside exchanger.

Poor guy was drenched (from the attic and outdoor heat) by the time he was done. I had even bought him a couple of sweat rags and a floor fan to help him survive the attic heat. He was very appreciative of that.

I complimented his attentiveness to the job and bought him lunch. I was pleased with the service. I thought the office staff could have been a bit friendlier."
