"I am a perfectionist when it comes to my possessions! I am very experienced in construction and doing things right and decided upon Renewal by Andersen after trying others including Pella and Window World. First I must say the Andersen Rep was Dave Glaser and he was one of the best I have ever seen as far as being informed, polished and thoughtful. He is half the reason I bought their windows. After a 6 month wait my windows were successfully installed over the last two days. The installation crew was led by Michael and he was such a hustler and quality hard worker. I would hire him again too. The finished product is much better than I had expected too. They are almost perfect in every way from quiet, clean lines, smooth operation and the absolutely best written warranty in the business “20 Years” including the gas between the layers. My home was very difficult being a 3 story hillside home with no interior trim so everything must be perfect. One of my biggest motivations was to reduce car noise from the street below us, and they reduced the noise 75 % at least. The installation system was amazing and they left my home pretty clean just need to paint the new exterior trim. I recommend them highly. On top of that they allowed me the use my American Express card for the entire job which totaled $65k for 5 larger sliding, 3 huge picture and two sliding patio doors. I would recommend them highly!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
